By using SaleRally you accept these terms. We recommend that you read them carefully.
SaleRally is a SaaS platform (Software as a Service) offering gamified sales competitions for companies. The service provides tools to create, manage and follow up sales competitions in real time.
We reserve the right to update or change the service's features and availability at any time.
Free service: SaleRally is completely free to use. All features, including unlimited users and competitions, are included at no cost.
No hidden fees: No credit card is required, there is no subscription, and there are no limits on the number of users or competitions.
Future changes: We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or premium features in the future. Any changes will be communicated well in advance and will not affect existing free functionality without your consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. SaleRally cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You may not share your account with others without our approval. An account is personal and may not be transferred.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Swedish data protection law.
Data we collect: Name, email address, company information and usage data related to the service.
Use: Your data is used to provide and improve the service, as well as for billing and support.
Sharing: We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Security: All data is stored securely and encrypted. We follow industry standards to protect your information.
You may not use SaleRally to:
All content, trademarks, design and functionality on SaleRally is owned by us and protected by copyright law and other intellectual property rights.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your company's internal purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of the service without our written approval.
Your right to leave: You can delete your account at any time by contacting our support or via your account settings.
Our right to terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with immediate effect.
After termination: You have 30 days to export your data. After that, all information is permanently deleted.
We aim for 99.9% availability but cannot guarantee that the service is always available. We reserve the right to perform planned maintenance.
Support is offered by email (support@salerally.com) on weekdays between 09:00–17:00 CET. We aim to answer all requests within 24 hours.
SaleRally is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
The service is free of charge and its use is entirely voluntary. You use it at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes direct and indirect damages, lost profits, lost sales, interruptions, and loss of or damage to data.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish court.
